Iowa ESA program provides education savings accounts to Iowa families. Launched 2024 with phased expansion to universal eligibility.

Phase 1 (2024-25): Students with disabilities, income below 300% FPL, open enrollment students, or attending schools not meeting standards. Phase 2 (2025-26): Expanding. Phase 3 (2026-27): Universal eligibility. Iowa resident.
